The new TownSquare app (or website if you choose that option) will be the official communication portal between Southwyck Section IV HOA, Inc and homeowners, NOT this website. We try to update this website as well, but it is only here so that the public can access certain information, and it will not be as current or complete as TownSquare.

Changes to meeting date or location will be posted in TownSquare and emailed to all owners who are registered with the new TownSquare.

2023 Pool Season

If you already have your pool card, but have not yet activated it since the 2022 pool season began, please email your card number(s), name and address directly to access@inframark.com.

Please put Southwyck IV in the subject line and include your name, address and the card numbers in the email. If you need a new one, please request one with a Pool Access Form.
