Homeowners do NOT need to complete a new Pool Access Form unless you have updates or you need a new card. 2 card max per property.
Activation is dependent on current account balance.
Southwyck Section 4 HOA handles cards for Southmanor, Edgewater Estates, Southfield Village and Huntington Park residents. Your board is currently negotiating cross-usage agreements so that surrounding subdivisions in Silverlake and other Southwyck sections can use the pool, and Southwyck IV residents will be able to use the other pools in the area.
LIFEGUARDS WILL NOT PERMIT ACCESS TO ANYONE WITHOUT A WORKING ACCESS CARD. NO EXCEPTIONS.
There is a maximum of 2 active cards per property. You do not need to obtain new cards each year. If your card is lost or damaged, replacement cards will be issue at a cost of $20.00 processing fee per card. Please notify us by emailing directors@southwyck4.com.
A new card can be obtained by filling out a new registration form and following instructions on form. Card will be mailed to eligible property.

If you are Leasing or Renting
Tenants are required to fill out a registration form signed by both, owner and renter, pool cards require a $20 processing fee each.

Lost & Found items are cleared and donated weekly.
